"August"
GCH CH Brivali's Hot August Night CGCA CGCU STR FDC ATT FTN
August, aka "Auggie," is quite the stunner! He was our keeper from our Jasper x Versailles litter. He's balanced, with excellent angulation and beautiful movement. He's a larger boy, nearing 25" at about 10-11 months old now. He finished his AKC Championship quickly as a puppy after only a few weekends out and with four majors too. He is now working towards his Grand Championship. He has a solid temperament, easy going in all different environments. He is a very sweet, affectionate boy--just like his mamma Versailles--but is also goofy and playful like his dad Jasper. He's a quick learner, is very biddable, and is handler focused. Once he takes a break from the show ring, we plan to work on rally and agility with him.
Once he's old enough, and pending completion of health testing, we plan to use him in our breeding program in late 2026/early 2027.
Show News

In Auggie’s first weekend out in the show ring with Kelly, he went reserve winners dog on the first day and then winners dog, best of winners, and best of variety under judge Mr. Robert E. Hutton the second day.
We are very thankful to Kelly for giving Auggie a great start and to the judges for appreciating our young boy.

Auggie was next reserve to the major at Shenandoah Valley Kennel Club’s show under Judge Ms. Terry L. Berrios and winners dog for a 3 point major under judge Mr. Eugene Blake at the Skyline Kennel Club show.

After taking a month off from showing, Auggie stepped back into the ring in Concord and was on fire all week. The first day, he was reserve to a 4-point major under judge Sandra Carter. He then proceeded to win back-to-back majors the next two days under judges Milan Lint and Cindy C. Lane. He then finished in style by going winners dog, best of winners, and best of opposite over specials for another major under judge Angela Pickett. We then moved him up for the last couple days in Concord, where he then won his first grand championship points, earning a major and champion defeat.

After finishing his championship, Auggie went on to earn his grand championship in a few weekends. He finished his grand by going select dog under judge Ms. Charlotte P. Patterson, picking up his third and final major needed to finish his AKC grand championship.
