​Mia is a true embodiment of breed excellence, combining correct structure, athletic versatility, and an exceptional temperament.  Her accomplishments span conformation, performance, and companion venues, reflecting both her intelligence and her enthusiasm for working in partnership with her people.

Mia enjoyed a strong and consistent conformation career, finishing her AKC Championship with multiple placements at competitive shows.  She has been repeatedly recognized for her balance, movement, and breed type under a wide range of judges.  In addition to her championship, Mia has also earned points toward her AKC Grand Championship, reflecting her continued success against quality competition.  She has further distinguished herself with numerous National Owner-Handled Series Group placements, underscoring her quality and competitiveness at the group level among top owner-handled dogs.  Following this litter, we plan to return Mia to the show ring to complete her Grand Championship, continuing to build on her already impressive conformation résumé.

Beyond the show ring, Mia truly shines as a multi-talented performance dog. She has earned numerous companion and performance titles, demonstrating the breadth of her ability and the versatility for which the poodle breed is known.  Whether navigating complex rally courses, powering through agility obstacles, chasing with speed and drive in lure coursing, or mastering intricate dog tricks, Mia approaches each activity with enthusiasm, confidence, and focus.  Her problem-solving ability, creativity, and eagerness to learn are all traits that enhance her success across all performance venues.

Mia has also recently begun training in retrieving, where she has quickly demonstrated exceptional natural aptitude. In a short period of time, she has confidently progressed to performing double and triple retrieves behind blinds, showcasing the intelligence, trainability, and cooperative nature that make her such a pleasure to work with.  She is very much a “do-everything” kind of dog, equally comfortable competing in the ring, learning new sports, or simply engaging with her people.

Equally important is Mia’s temperament. She is a joyful, people-focused dog with a deep bond to her handler. Sweet, affectionate, and highly biddable, Mia thrives on interaction and partnership.  Her happy disposition, emotional intelligence, and adaptability make her not only an accomplished competitor but also an exceptional companion and family dog.
